Return Policy
One Rest accepts returns within 7 days of delivery. 
To start the return process, don't hesitate to get in touch with hello@theonerest.com 
Please note that to return, all items must be in the state of unused, 
with authentic labels and in the original packaging in re-sellable form.
If items returned are not in a re-sellable condition 
Unfortunately, we may not be able to accept your return. 


Shipping
Due to COVID-19, please note that we are facing certain shipping restrictions 
which can cause minor delays according to government containment measures.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once the order is shipped. 
All orders to countries outside South Korea are shipped in Delivery Duty Unpaid condition. 
We regret to inform you that the recipient of all orders is responsible 
for any customs duty fees and local sales tax.
